On July 3rd, volunteers from the El Dorado Chapter got their hands dirty and helped install the project sign on the recently completed Trestle Forest Health Project on the Placerville Ranger District of the Eldorado National Forest.  This forest thinning project enhanced 270 acres of wildlife habitat, helps create an environment more resilient to wildfire, and helps to protect the sole water delivery line for the community of Grizzly Flats, CA. …
